Brief Introduction

Beijing Lanqiao Engineering Translation, founded in Aug 1998 as one of the large sized organization specialized in technical and engineering translation in China, directly subordinated to the Beijing Worldwide Information Consulting Center.

The Department has 60 full-time staff members and workers, among whom over 40 are translation and technical specialists with senior and medium rank technical titles, and provides translation services in such languages as English, Japanese, Germany, French, Russian, Korean, Arabic and Italian. Our main customers are state-invested large and medium sized projects with imported equipment, enterprises with foreign investment, joint ventures and domestic enterprises exporting their products and projects. During the past over 10 years, we have provided service for over 60 state invested large and medium sized projects and thousands of other projects, in such fields as electric power (including nuclear power), petrochemical, machine building, electronics, building materials, textile, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, light industry. We have also done huge amount of translation work in non-engineering fields.

Scope of service:
→ Translation from foreign language into Chinese or vice versa of all types of documents of various specialties;
→ Typing, plate-setting and printing of various documents in both Chinese and foreign languages;
→ Interpretation and translation service for various projects, including that for negotiations, surveys and site works.

We have a team of well-trained translation personnel with rich experience, able to complete large amount of translation and related work in a short period of time with satisfactory quality.
